About Us: The Story Behind Wooden Heights Stairs

At Wooden Heights, we’re all about making gorgeous and functional staircases that really boost your home’s vibe! It was founded by Steve Savoie, who has over 25 years of woodworking experience. Starting as a teenager he developed a passion for learning all the knowledge needed to build amazing Staircases from measuring, designing, building and installing. Starting out working for a small local Stair company for 13 years before moving on to a larger company out of the city for another 12 years. Working in many homes to create sturdy functional Stairs for a basement to elaborate stunning show pieces. After many years of honing his skills and mastering his art form, he has decided to build his own company one step at a time!
